🔎 Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure facility monitoring, readiness & maintenance in Bulk Manufacturing (BM) facility

• Operate equipment such as:

  • Mixing vessels

  • TFF systems

  • AKTA chromatography systems

  • Autoclave

  • Buffer preparation systems

• Prepare and review process documents:

  • MFR

  • BPR

  • SOPs

  • Protocols

• Handle QMS activities:

  • Change control initiation & closure

  • Deviation handling

  • CAPA management

• Track raw material & consumable inventory

• Execute scale-up of development batches with R&D coordination

• Coordinate with Engineering & external vendors for:

  • Preventive maintenance

  • Calibration

  • Equipment qualification

• Ensure strict compliance with:

  • cGMP

  • Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

  • Safety & PPE usage

• Participate in technical & safety trainings

• Support continuous biological manufacturing operations (Shift-based role)

• 4–8 years of experience in Biopharmaceutical / Bulk Manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Downstream processing

  • Chromatography techniques

  • Protein purification

  • GMP documentation

• Ability to troubleshoot downstream equipment issues
